About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits at 1509 11th St N in Moorhead, Minnesota. It offers indoor storage along with self storage, boat storage, and climate controlled units. The facility has security cameras and is described by its own team as clean and well maintained. Reviewers call the rental process easy, often completed entirely online. One customer praised the service manager, Jeremy, for guiding them through it. Others note the grounds are neat, the individual units are very clean, and multiple security cameras are visible. Fast service and fair prices come up too. Some renters have complained about repeated price increases, including one during winter when moving is tough. The staff is generally called friendly and professional. If you're parking an RV or boat, the drive-up access gets a mention, and the online sign-up and lease ending are said to be simple.
