About Five Star Storage
Five Star Storage sits at 2001 15th Ave N in Moorhead, and the reviews suggest the sign-up process is quick. Several people mention calling and having an access code and unit sorted fast. One reviewer had trouble adding their own insurance info online, but says the staff member they spoke with walked them through it and answered every question. Units are indoor and climate controlled, and the facility also takes cars and boats along with regular household and business storage. Reviewers describe the units as clean and well kept, and one person who stores a car there every year called the pricing nice and said they would keep coming back. Access is through a gate, which more than one reviewer pointed out. A note worth knowing before you commit: one review warns against prepaying rent because unused months are not refunded. The place earns a 4.6 from 19 Google reviews.
