About Freedom Storage & RV
Freedom Storage & RV sits in Benson, Arizona, and holds a 4.4 rating across 24 Google reviews. It's a self-storage facility, not just a lot, so rigs and household goods share the same address. The reviews lean on the people more than the property. One customer wrote that the guy running the place gives great customer service, and another said staff were helpful throughout a cross-country move that left a truck and motorcycle in storage. Several mention that their things felt safe the whole time, and one said other renters told them it was the most secure spot in town. Access is available 24 hours. Not every review is warm. One renter said their unit was dirty at move-in, with leftover items from the previous tenant, and they had to clean and spray for bugs. Worth asking about unit condition before you sign.
