About Vail Self Storage
Vail Self Storage sits in Vail, Arizona, and rents self storage plus climate-controlled units. It also sells packing and moving supplies, so a last-minute box run doesn't mean a separate trip. Reviews split. Plenty of people praise the staff, calling them friendly and easy to talk to, and several mention how clean the facility is. Security gets good marks too, and one long-term renter of more than two years said they've had no problems and feel their items are safe. Others had trouble with lockouts and billing, and a few describe rough conversations with the office over refunds. When complaints came up, reviewers note that issues sometimes got resolved quickly once they reached management. Easy access and the location come up in reviews. Call ahead for current hours since the gate isn't open around the clock.
