FreeUp Storage Huntsville

About FreeUp Storage Huntsville

FreeUp Storage sits about 10 minutes west of central Huntsville, just off Highway 30 and FM1791. It's a gated, well-lit property with cameras and 24/7 surveillance, and it has covered RV, boat and vehicle storage in addition to standard units. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. Mike gets named a lot for walking people through billing and access and for keeping the grounds clean. One person called the setup easy and said the lock came with the unit. Others mention pulling a trailer in and out without trouble, which says something about the lot layout. Not everyone is sold. A reviewer who rented for two years in a row complained there was no one on site to help find or lock a unit and that calls go to a remote office. That's worth knowing before you commit. Phone setup and polite staff come up often in the reviews, and the facility is veteran-owned. It's wheelchair accessible and offers climate-controlled units and packing supplies. Reviews run 4.8 across 304 ratings.
