About FreeUp Storage Lake Park

FreeUp Storage sits on Lakes Blvd in Lake Park, about 12 minutes from the Florida line, and it serves folks in Dasher, Clyattville and Jennings too. The lot is gated, well lit and covered by 24/7 video surveillance. Climate-controlled and drive-up units are available, and they rent space for RVs, boats and cars as well. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Lotoya, Calynn, Jessica and Janna get named for being patient and easy to talk to, and several people say the crew made renting quick. One driver with a 26-foot truck was worried about unloading, then found the spot easy to get into. Another swapped a unit after learning a 10x10 was really two 5x10s split by a wall, and the staff credited the earlier payments. Not every review is glowing. One customer liked the people but flagged high pricing and late fees, and said to read the contract fine print and call if a payment will be late.

“I give the 5 stars to the people I've dealt with FreeUp Storage. But, I give 3 stars to FreeUp's policy and it's high pricing and combined late charges and other fees when late.” – johndeer8000, 3 months ago, on Google
