About Gator State Storage - Tampa East
Gator State Storage on Tampa's east side offers covered parking, and reviewers who keep business rigs there mention using the space as a workshop too. Climate-controlled units are part of the mix alongside standard ones. The reviews are mixed. Several people praise the new management by name, saying Alex and Lucas answer calls quickly and got them into a spot the same night. Others describe the property as clean, secured, and recently refurbished. One reviewer moved a gate fabricating business over and says it has been a step up from other storage companies. Not everyone had that experience. A few reviewers say they were surprised by deposit charges and felt the phone was hard to reach or the response dismissive. It sits at 4.2 stars across 39 Google reviews. Worth asking about deposit terms up front when you call.
