About GiGi’s Self Storage (Stafford)
GiGi's Self Storage on W. Stafford Road in Stafford Springs is a locally owned spot that offers indoor storage and vehicle/RV parking. Reviewers repeatedly mention the place is clean and secure, with cameras and staff often on hand. One person who stored there four times said they never worried about anything missing or damaged. The facility is easy to get to and access is straightforward, according to reviews. A family between houses rented a 10x20 and were surprised by how much it held, calling the move-in process simple. Another reviewer appreciated that the staff removed a late fee after a card mix-up. Not every review is positive. One person complained about a 30% price increase and found a cheaper option nearby. Another said rates aren't listed online and felt the pricing wasn't transparent. Still, many reviewers call it the best storage facility for miles, and some note indoor units are humidity controlled but not temperature controlled.

“This was my 4th time using this facility. Always kept clean very secure place. Never have to worry about anything being missing or damaged. Lots of cameras frequently have someone there for any assistance.” – Mike M., 10 months ago, on Google
“Awesome storage unit! My card was compromised and the bank sent me a new one. Unknowingly, I forgot to change my payment on file with Stafford storage. I had accrued a late few and they kindly removed it without me even asking.” – Darren B., 3 years ago, on Google
