About Go Store It Self Storage

On Market Street near Smith Creek, this Go Store It location handles self storage plus boat and RV parking. It sits just down the road from Hendrick Toyota and Hertz Equipment Rental, so it is easy to find off the main drag. The office staff come up often in reviews, and most of it is kind. DJ and Jennifer get named for walking people through the rental step by step and sorting out billing questions. Reviewers also mention the online process and a follow up call after move in. Not every review is glowing. One person showed up on a Sunday to a chained gate and got stuck with an automated phone system. Another got a rent increase a few months in, though the manager worked with regional management to soften it. Climate controlled units and alarm monitoring are both offered, along with packing and moving supplies and online payments. Hours are posted but the gate is not open around the clock. If you are storing a rig, call ahead about the parking side before you drive over.
