About Greylock Storage
Greylock Storage sits in Pittsfield and rents self-storage units plus space for RVs, boats, cars and other vehicles. The property is fenced and watched by cameras, with 24/7 access listed among the services so you can get to your rig on your own schedule. Reviewers tend to praise the staff. One person called Kevin kind and helpful for walking them through the space they needed, and others mention courteous, accommodating people over years of renting. A long-term customer said they had no theft or damage in about six years. Others note the space is clean and the prices reasonable. The complaint that comes up is hours. A reviewer who has rented through two owners said the working-day schedule is hard for people with jobs and that weekend hours are limited. That is the main reason someone gave for thinking about moving. If access times matter to you, ask about them before you sign.
