About Otis Self Storage - Cheshire
Otis Self Storage on North Street in Cheshire took over from the previous owner and regulars have noticed the difference. Reviewers mention fresh blacktop at the entrance, replaced doors, and cleaner hallways. One longtime renter said the new owners called to introduce themselves and ask what could be improved. Access is 24/7, which one reviewer called the deciding factor. Covered storage is available, and the online rental process is described as straightforward. When someone had an overlock due to insurance on a weekend, they got it resolved in minutes. Another reviewer had a billing issue and the owners worked with them. The facility has a 4.5-star average from 57 Google reviews. People often bring up the kind staff and easy process. If you need a unit in the Cheshire area, this one seems worth a look.
