About Hillsborough Self Storage
Hillsborough Self Storage has been family-owned and operated since 1995, serving Orange County with self storage, climate control, and alarm monitoring. Online payments are available, and you can get a quote on their website. Reviewers consistently mention the friendly and helpful staff. One person said the team walked them through every issue, and another called them gracious and welcoming. The facility is described as clean and well lit, with well-maintained spaces. Safety also comes up, with one reviewer noting the convenient and safe location. Pricing is called fair, and one long-term customer appreciated that rates haven't been raised monthly like at other places. A few reviewers pointed out that the elevator is small, which can be a pain for second-floor storage, and one suggested another loading ramp would help during busy times. The climate-controlled area is noted as vermin-free after months of use. Restrooms are on-site. If you want to see a unit yourself, stop by the office on weekdays.
