About IN Self Storage - Waterman
People who park here tend to mention the staff first. Reviewers call the manager Kelly amazing and say Crystal walked them through the paperwork patiently. One long-term customer of two years said the pricing is fair and competitive and the access easy. Others bring up discounts and deals. A first-timer got a senior discount and found the place immaculate. The site promises no hidden costs and 24/7 security, and the listing notes wheelchair accessible entrance and parking. Not every review is positive. One business customer said their 24-hour access was restricted without notice. Another described a tense exchange with the manager after leaving a review. Call ahead if after-hours access matters to you.
