About Instorage Self Storage
This Costa Mesa facility handles more than boxes. Vehicle parking sits alongside climate-controlled units, so there is room for a rig or a boat as well as household goods. Rentals run month to month, and you can start and pay online. Reviewers mention the manager and front desk crew by name, saying they were patient and walked them through unit sizes and contract questions. Online renting and self check-in came up as quick. A few people noted the office was clean and the vibe pleasant. One reviewer liked it enough to come back three times before signing, and another mentioned being handed the box truck to use. Someone else flagged trash out front, so the exterior is worth a look on your own visit. With 103 reviews averaging 4.6, the staff is what people write about most.

“I recently rented a unit at the Costa Mesa location, and so overall, I have only good things to say! Renting the unit online was quick and easy, as was the self check-in process. But I was most impressed with the front desk manager, Betsy.” – Amy M., a year ago, on Google
