The space is gated and climate-controlled, with 24/7 access using a personal code. Reviewers mention the helpful hosts, Zachary and David, who respond quickly and keep an eye on vehicles. One noted the electronic gate and personalized code for easy in and out. Another appreciated the security and communication while storing a car from out of state.
