About Jensen's RV Center of Cadillac
Jensen's RV Center is a family-run operation in Cadillac, Michigan, marking 23 years in business. It's an RV dealer first, but it also handles repair, parts and covered RV storage, so you can drop your rig and get work done in the same place. Reviewers tend to come back to the people more than the inventory. One camper had a fridge fail on arrival and a service tech drove out to the campground after work to fix it. Another brought a camper in for a slide-out seal and leak, and the shop called to say the seal was fine and found the real minor problem instead, which the customer said saved money. Others mention parts in stock on the shelf, from water heater pilot assemblies to hitches and sway bars, and quick scheduling on repairs like a motor home toilet electrical issue. It's closed overnight, and the lot is wheelchair accessible. The one rough review involved a Florida storm damage claim the owner says was denied, not the shop's work. Call ahead to talk storage and service scheduling.
