Karns Mini Storage

About Karns Mini Storage

Karns Mini Storage on the north side of Knoxville offers self-storage units and parking spots for boats, RVs, and trailers. The units come in sizes from 5x10 up to 10x30, so there's room for small loads and bigger ones. Access is 24/7, which is handy if you're dropping off or picking up at odd hours. Reviewers often mention the price. One called it the best price for a hundred miles, and another said it was reasonable for the area. The staff gets good marks too, with one reviewer saying they'll do whatever they can to accommodate you. But there are some repeated complaints. A few people said the manager is never in the office and that online payments aren't accepted, though there is a 24-hour drop box. Others note that the area sees a lot of people in and out day and night. If you're storing sensitive items, be aware: one review said to put things up higher or on plastic because of dampness, and another mentioned a door leaking in heavy rain. Someone also suggested cleaning up the weeds around the storage doors. It's a straightforward place with a mix of good prices and some rough edges.
