About SMTA Storage
SMTA Storage sits in Knoxville and handles self-storage plus boat and RV parking. There are cameras on site and drive-up access, and you can rent online or pay your bill through the website. Climate control is optional if you want it. Reviews run both ways. Several people mention fair prices, helpful staff, and a quiet, secure location, and one long-term renter kept coming back for years. Others had trouble reaching anyone by phone and found the gate codes and office hours hard to work with. One reviewer felt the summer hours could be longer. Rates start around $56 a month. If you want a straight answer on availability or unit sizes, call before you drive over.
