About Knoxville Star Storage - East
Knoxville Star Storage - East is a gated storage lot on the east side of town, close to the interstate. The site has cameras, and reviewers point to that when they talk about feeling okay leaving a rig there. One called it nice, clean, safe and secure. Reviewers tend to bring up two things: the staff and the price. People describe the crew as polite, professional and easy to deal with, and one reviewer said the rates beat what they got from other places they called. Another mentioned the location was easy to get to. Not every review is glowing. One person showed up to find the gate unlocked and standing open the whole time they were there, and said so plainly. It is worth a look at the gate yourself when you visit. Cleanliness comes up in a couple of reviews, both in a good way.
