About Lesley Business Centers Commercial Properties For Lease
Lesley Business Centers has been leasing commercial space in Joplin since 1996. The company lists indoor storage among its offerings, along with office, warehouse and retail space, and keeps a maintenance crew on staff for the properties it rents out. The reviews cut both ways. One tenant calls the warehouse rent very affordable for a large space and describes the walkthrough as professional and upfront. Another says the manager is responsive and quick to fix problems. Others complain about fees, including late charges and a trash fee, and one reviewer had a bad meeting over a warehouse unit. Worth a call if you want indoor storage from a company that also handles building upkeep. Ask about fees up front and get the terms in writing before you sign.
