About Liberty Storage
Liberty Storage in Springfield offers self-storage and RV storage, and reviewers say renting a unit online is easy. The process is straightforward, and one reviewer called the unit clean and convenient. But the same reviewers had trouble after moving out. They mention difficulty getting deposits and rent refunds, and say no one answers the phone or is in the office. Emails get an initial reply, but refunds are slow to arrive. If you need a spot and can handle business online, it might work. If you expect easy cancellation or quick refunds, the reviews suggest otherwise.
