Storage Sense – Springfield – Hollis

About Storage Sense – Springfield – Hollis

Storage Sense on Hollis Drive is a self-storage facility in Springfield that rents drive-up units and climate controlled spaces. The mix of sizes draws both households and businesses, whether the job is downsizing, moving, or parking extra inventory. Reviews land around a 4.3 average from 19 ratings, and they split. Several people call it safe and secure, well-maintained, and easy to get to. One reviewer pointed out the range of unit sizes, including smaller ones. Others have complaints that started after the property changed hands: posted office hours with no one in the office, calls that went unanswered, a rent increase with no notice, and a refund that was promised but not paid. Online rent is available, so you can skip the office if the hours are a concern. The facility offers climate controlled storage, though the reviews don't say which units have it. Worth a drive past to see the gate setup before you commit.
