About Lighthouse Storage
Lighthouse Storage sits in Shepherdsville and rents covered and indoor units, including climate-controlled space for things that don't handle Kentucky weather well. The place is gated, lit, and watched by cameras around the clock, and you can get in any time, day or night. Set up and pay online, at the on-site kiosk, or over the phone. Reviewers keep coming back to a few things. The rental process is quick, several say, whether you sign up online or call. People also mention the staff picking up fast and being friendly, and the buildings staying clean. One renter praised the climate-controlled building in particular. Not every review is glowing. A couple of people found their unit dirty at move-in, one mentioning trash and a cigarette butt, another finding rat droppings in an indoor unit and complaining about a cleaning fee. Late fees came up too. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. The facility opened in 2012 and runs 24/7 customer service. Locks are sold in a vending machine in the office.
