About Lockaway Storage
Lockaway Storage sits on Schoenthal Road in San Antonio, near Bracken, Live Oak, Cibolo, Schertz, Selma, and New Braunfels. It's a gated, fully fenced facility with security cameras and lighting throughout. Units have Bluetooth smart entry locks, so your phone opens the door. Reviewers bring up the locks and app a lot, and several call the place secure and clean. People mention signing up online, paying online, and month to month terms. Tress and Carla come up by name for being friendly and quick to help. One reviewer said they reserved a unit, finished the lease and insurance online, then just showed up with movers on moving day. Not every review is glowing. One person said their unit was dusty and wished the lot got swept more often. They also noted the onsite managers are gone and you now reach a call center, which can be hit or miss on the first try. Access hours are limited, so check them before you haul a rig over.
