About LockBox Storage - Old Mill
LockBox Storage on Old Mill in Omaha offers indoor and outdoor storage for RVs, boats, and vehicles. The facility is gated and has cameras, and the lot is paved and lit. Reviewers mention the location is convenient and the staff is easy to reach by phone. One long-term tenant has stored an RV here since 2004 and recently added a garage unit, noting a discount for renting two. Others praise the security and say the place is clean. A recent customer completed the whole rental online from out of state and appreciated the phone help. Not every review is glowing. One person complains about dust and gravel in the lot, saying it can damage paint. Another had a billing issue and lost access after paying late. It is worth asking about lot conditions and payment policies before you sign.
