About Mabey's Moving and Storage, Inc.

Mabey's runs storage out of its Albany Street location in Colonie, and the reviews keep circling back to the same thing: the people at the front desk. Melissa gets named again and again, whether she's walking someone through how to pack a unit or helping a family clear out a relative's belongings after seven years of business together. Reviewers describe the units as clean, tidy, and secure, with easy access when they need to get to their stuff. One customer said the manager's packing advice stretched their unit's capacity by about a quarter over their original plan. Others mention clear communication about procedural changes and easy payments through the website. Climate-controlled storage is part of the setup here. The company has been at this for over 80 years and also handles moving, packing, and record storage across the Capital Region. If you're comparing spots in the area, the staff and the cleanliness are what people keep writing about.
