What renters mention
“I rented a storage unit online, (1st time ever renting one) and it was super easy. I never actually moved anything in because I realized I needed a Climate Controlled unit. I called to cancel and they told me I would be getting a refund.” – Amy O., Edited a year ago, on Google
“Super simple, amazing customer service, rented over phone, didn't even go look at the unit. We got to the unit with five vehicles full of furniture.” – Angela N., a year ago, on Google
“Initial rental set up was easy. Having a 24-hour access by way of using the phone to enter the premises is a great Plus. Being provided with the tools to secure my store room was a surprise. Highly recommend Mac's self storage.” – Larry T., 3 months ago, on Google
