About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage runs a self-storage facility on the Waco side, and the reviews lean positive: 4.7 stars across 235 of them. Renters keep mentioning the staff, with several calling out specific employees by name for being patient and easy to talk to. Others note the grounds are clean and the setup process was simple. The office runs contactless through a kiosk, which caught a few people off guard on their first visit. Online renting and payment came up too, and one reviewer said the rates were the best they found around Waco. Climate-controlled units are part of the mix here. Not everything is spotless. One review describes a broken door on a building and says a climate-controlled unit stopped feeling climate-controlled, with no discount offered. Worth reading the reviews yourself before you commit. The business identifies as veteran-owned and women-owned.

What renters mention
“Great place to store your belongings. First experience with a contact less office, just a kiosk...had no idea as went to speak to someone. Process went smoothly tho, & came away happy. Nice clean facility.” – Kathy L., a year ago, on Google
“Extremely easy to sign up for a unit. I initially had a hard time locating my unit, but that was my bad. I wasn’t paying attention to the second row of numbers on the doors to the climate controlled units.” – Paul B., 6 months ago, on Google
