Reviewers have called it secure and safe, with one long-term customer saying they've stored things there for years. Another praised Keri for being welcoming and helpful. Not every review is positive: one person mentioned a narrow road between buildings that only fits one vehicle at a time, and another described a bad experience for an elderly family member who had stored there for over 20 years.
