About Mason City Storage Units - 6th street
This storage facility sits at 704 6th Street SW in Mason City. Units are drive-up, so you pull right up to your door instead of hauling gear up stairs or into an elevator. The place is lit and has cameras, and reviewers bring up security more than anything else. A few mention climate control keeping their things clean and dust free. Monthly leasing is the setup, and there are no deposits to get started. Reviewers single out Bianca by name for billing help and for being patient and kind when someone was behind on payments. Others mention the management team working through a change in ownership. Not every review is glowing. One renter reported break-ins and a gate left open, and another was unhappy about losing late-night access. If you want covered storage or you keep odd hours, call before you sign. Ask about covered spots and when you can get to your rig. The office keeps business hours seven days a week through a support line.
