About Maxi-Mini Rentals
Maxi-Mini Rentals is a self-storage spot in West Jacksonville that also lists automobile, boat, and RV storage among its categories. Units are ground level with drive-up access, and covered storage is mentioned. An electric gate and cameras watch the property around the clock, and the lot is lit. Reviews split. Some people praise the staff, describing a team that waited after closing to finish a reservation, and call the place safe and clean. Cleanliness gets the most mentions in review topics, and unit quality comes up too. Others report roaches, rats, water leaks, and soggy boxes, and complain about the front desk. It is worth reading through the reviews yourself before you commit. The Google rating sits at 4.2 from 37 reviews. Hours are posted but the facility is not open 24/7. If a rate matters to you, get it confirmed in writing before you sign.
