About Storage Zone Self Storage and Business Centers
Storage Zone runs a self-storage and business center on Edgewood Avenue in Jacksonville, with a 4.8 rating across 81 Google reviews. It is a good sign when that many people bother to rate a storage lot. Units have drive-up access, so you pull right up to load and unload. The property is fully fenced, cameras are part of the setup, and you can pay online or set up autopay. Reviewers mention the place being clean and call out the manager, Michelle, by name for walking them through check-in and floor plans. One noted no hidden fees or surprise up-charges at sign-up. Not every review is glowing. One reviewer says a gate was left open near their row and a dirt bike was stolen. Another describes a rude phone call about a unit no longer in use. Worth reading the full reviews yourself before you decide.
