About Midgard Self Storage
Midgard Self Storage sits in Greenville, SC, with 24/7 cameras and fenced access around clean, pest-treated units. Climate-controlled and drive-up options vary by location, so ask which one you're getting before you book. There's no admin fee, and leases are flexible. Reviewers consistently call the place clean and the staff kind. Several mention the rental process being easy, and a few name Donna, Brad, David, and Melina for walking them through it. The virtual assistant gets good marks for explaining things clearly. A recurring gripe: the facility is often unstaffed, and the phone script doesn't tell you where your unit actually is. More than one reviewer arrived and couldn't find theirs. One long-term customer had no issues over several years. Online payments, packing supplies, and dollies are available.

“Great virtual assistant experience with Melina. She explained everything really well and took her time to offer us storage location options. Move in with smooth. My only wish is that we could use our own lock.” – Terri D., 7 months ago, on Google
