About Prime Storage
Prime Storage on Old Buncombe Road handles self storage along with vehicle spots for cars, boats, RVs, and motorcycles. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff by name, and the themes are the same: helpful, quick to answer, and good at sorting out problems like a stuck lock or a sign-up on short notice. The site has cameras, gated access, and 24/7 entry for renters. Folks who reviewed it call the facility clean and the units generally in good shape, and a few note climate controlled options. Leases run month to month, and online rentals and payments are available if you would rather not stop in. Two things to know before you commit. Rates have gone up more than once for some renters, sometimes a few months after signing, so ask about pricing. Others mention some doors are harder to open than others. Carts are on hand for move-ins, and several reviewers said checking out was easy.
