About Midwest FlexSpace - Rosemount, MN
Midwest FlexSpace sells and rents garage condos and flex units in Rosemount. The spaces are built for RVs, boats, classic cars, motorcycles, trailers and business equipment, and owners can customize them. It's open 24/7, so you're not working around office hours. Reviewers who own units here tend to be happy. One calls the space perfect without being over the top and says the developer responds fast when issues come up. Another praises the construction and how well the place is run, and a third describes it as well managed with reasonable expenses and a versatile space. The community skews toward car enthusiasts, hobbyists and small business owners who want extra room for a shop or lounge. Not every note is positive. One reviewer says things have slipped since units were rented to auto mechanics, with cars parked around the entrance and work spilling outside. Worth a look if you want to own rather than rent a metal box.
