About Public Storage
Public Storage on the Apple Valley side of the metro runs an RV, boat and car storage operation alongside its regular self-storage. Spots come covered, indoor or outdoor, behind a keypad gate with lighting and 24/7 access. There is an on-site manager and drive-up access, and online eRental lets you skip the counter. The location holds a 4.8 rating across 457 Google reviews. The name that keeps coming up is the staff. Reviewers describe Paige and Tiara as patient, friendly and quick to explain things, and one customer calls the renting experience easy. Snow removal and clean grounds get mentioned too. Not every review is warm. One renter said a move-in special rate rose within months without warning, and another wrote that ice blocked a unit door and they were told to chip it off themselves. Worth reading the recent ones before you sign.
