About Mini Mall Storage - Blountville

Mini Mall Storage sits on Highway 394 in Blountville, across from Sunbelt Rentals and Comfort Systems USA. The place runs covered, indoor and outdoor storage, with climate control and drive-up units in the mix. It is gated, lit, and watched by cameras, and tenants have 24/7 access. Reviews mostly come back positive, and one name keeps showing up. Jeremy and Lindsay get called out for answering questions fast and meeting people after hours to get them checked in. Reviewers describe the grounds as consistently clean and well-maintained, and a few mention feeling safe walking around at night because of the lighting and cameras. Unit selection draws the most comments of any topic. Not every review is a rave. Some renters bring up fees, including a monthly maintenance charge added after a management change, plus a report of a pest problem. Online payments and packing supplies are available on site. If you booked through a third-party app before, call the office to confirm what you owe.
