About Mini Mall Storage - Hot Springs

Mini Mall Storage sits on Central Ave in Hot Springs, across from Legends At Hot Springs and Legendary Trail. It's a self-storage spot that also handles RVs, boats and cars, with covered, indoor and outdoor options. The place is gated, has cameras, and offers 24/7 access. Reviewers tend to mention the same things. People call the facility clean and the units spacious, and a few say they saved money or got a deal. Staff get named for being patient and helpful, including over the phone. Renting by phone comes up as quick and easy. Not every review is glowing. One person had trouble reaching the office by phone and got hit with late fees, and said they missed the previous owners. Worth knowing before you call. Online payments and packing supplies are available.
