About Mini Mall Storage - Hot Springs

Mini Mall Storage on John Owens Street, just off the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Expressway, offers outdoor RV parking in a locked lot, plus covered and indoor units. One reviewer parked an RV uncovered there for over a year and said they had no issues. The site is gated with cameras and 24/7 access. Staff get named in reviews: Brandy and Simon are praised for taking good care of customers. Not all feedback is positive, though. A couple of reviewers reported rats in their units and said the problem wasn't fixed. Other services include climate control, online payments, and packing supplies.
