About Mini Mall Storage - Johnson City
Mini Mall Storage sits on South Roan next to Kubota and across from La Perla and the Goodwill Donation Center. They offer covered, indoor, and outdoor storage for RVs and boats, along with climate control and drive-up units. The gate is locked and cameras are on site, and you can get in 24/7. Reviewers often mention the staff by name and call them patient and helpful. Several say the rental process was easy, and a few note the price was fair. One reviewer appreciated that a late fee was removed when autopay glitched. Others have complained about rate increases and fees, so ask about the current price before you sign. The lot is kept clean, and online payments are available. If you need a spot near ETSU or Milligan, this is one to check out.
