About Mini Mall Storage - Jonesborough
Mini Mall Storage sits on Forest Drive near Food City in Jonesborough, TN. It handles self storage plus spots for cars and boats, with covered, indoor and outdoor options. Climate control and drive up units are part of the mix, and the gate and cameras back up the security side. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Matt, Lauren and Lisa get named for returning calls, walking people through units and sorting out problems fast. The new units come up often, along with clean units and a quick, easy setup. One reviewer had a unit leak after rain and staff moved them to a same size climate controlled one. Not every review is glowing. One person complains about false information and issues that weren't resolved, and another showed up for a U-Haul pickup to locked doors and nobody around. Worth knowing before you drive over.
