About Mini Mall Storage - Parkersburg
Mini Mall Storage sits in Parkersburg and rents covered, indoor and outdoor space, including parking for boats and RVs. The lot is fully fenced with security cameras and 24/7 access, and some units are climate controlled. Reviewers keep naming the staff. Tim comes up again and again for being friendly and getting people set up fast. Brandi gets the same kind of mention. One person said a late notice got sorted in under 10 minutes. Another praised how quick and easy renting was, and a few liked being able to look at units before choosing. Not everyone is a fan. One reviewer called it a money grab, saying the lower first-month price comes with extra fees, and didn't like having to show proof of their own rental insurance if they skip the facility's. The 4.7 rating over 293 reviews is mostly warm, so read the fee terms closely before you sign.
