About Mini Mall Storage - Salina
Mini Mall Storage sits in Salina, Kansas, and offers covered, indoor and outdoor storage, with climate control and room for boats. The site is fenced and gated, has cameras, and gives renters 24/7 access. Drive-up units are part of the mix too. Reviewers tend to single out the staff. Stephanie gets named more than once for being available when someone has a payment or gate code problem, and Tiffini is praised for walking a customer through the unit sizes before they picked one. People also describe the units as clean and bug free, and some like that certain spots are fenced in. It is not all praise. One reviewer was frustrated that online payments stayed broken for months and found the call center unhelpful. Another had trouble getting a lock removed after paying in full. The rating sits at 4.6 from 84 reviews.
