About Mini Mall Storage - Trinity
Mini Mall Storage sits on Co Rd. 434 in Trinity, and the reviews lean heavily on the staff. People mention getting set up over the phone, having questions answered down to small details, and one manager who called on her day off to help a customer get into a unit. A first-time renter said the setup was handled right over the phone. The facility lists covered, indoor and outdoor storage, and boats get a mention too. Gates and cameras are part of the setup, and climate control is available. Online payments are offered, and hours are posted, though the office is not open around the clock. Ratings sit at 4.9 from 35 Google reviews. Most of what people write about is the phone setup and how quickly staff respond. One reviewer did note a billing issue after moving out. For RV owners who want a straightforward spot and a real person on the line, it is worth a call.
