About Mini U Storage
Mini U Storage on Newport 1 is a self-storage spot that also handles boat and RV parking. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially manager Jayson, who people say walks you through unit options and answers every question. One called the service "like family." Another said the team treated them like a person, not a transaction. The facility itself gets consistent praise for being clean and well kept. Reviewers mention transparent, straightforward fees, and one noted it was less expensive than competitors. Safety and convenience come up too, with easy access and a layout that makes sense. Most reviews are five stars, though one person complained about rate increases and rude phone staff. Beyond storage, they sell packing and moving supplies and rent moving trucks. Climate-controlled units are available. Hours are posted but they are not open 24/7.
