About Modern Storage® Shackleford
Modern Storage on Shackleford has a 5.0 rating from 581 Google reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how easy the staff makes the rental process. The entrance is nice enough that one reviewer thought they'd walked into a hotel lobby. Caleb, the assistant manager, gets mentioned by name for explaining unit types, sizes and costs without rushing anyone. Steven is also called out for friendly service. The property feels secure and well maintained, and the outside area stays clean too. You can grab coffee or water while you're there, and computers are available if you need one. The whole process is quick and stress-free, even if it's your first time renting a unit. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot.
