About Montpelier Village Club Inc / RV Storage / Event Venue
Montpelier Village Club is a homeowners association in Orlando that rents out paid storage spots for RVs, boats, and vehicles. You do not have to live in the community to rent a space. The property also has a clubhouse, pool, and other shared areas. Reviews are mixed, and they lean toward the community itself rather than the storage lot. People call it clean and quiet, and one longtime member since 1985 praises the refurbished pool and clubhouse. Others mention uneven lawn care and an office staffer who came across as rude. One reviewer flagged a lack of privacy at events held on site, noting doors left open and cameras watching. Cameras are part of the setup. The club is an event venue too, so expect activity beyond parked rigs. If you want specifics on space size or pricing, reach out before you haul the trailer over.
