About Morrison Enterprise Boat, RV & Mini Storage

Morrison Enterprise runs a storage yard in Channelview for boats, RVs and smaller units, with cameras on site. The Google rating sits at 3.2 from 12 reviews, so opinions are mixed. The positive reviews are short and warm. One person calls them good people with great storage, adding that they stay out of your business as long as you pay on time. Another mentions great accommodations, and a third just says they love the place. Other reviewers are blunt about problems. Two say their units were broken into, and one claims the cameras don't work. One describes rent paid months ahead getting lost or misrecorded at the front desk. Reviewers also say calls don't get returned and that a manager lock can appear without notice. If you store here, keep your own records of payments and check your rig in person now and then.
