About My Mini Storage
My Mini Storage is a family-owned self-storage facility in Mobile, Alabama, operating since 2002. Along with regular units from 5x5 up to 10x30, they rent boat and RV storage, all inside a gated property. Reviewers tend to agree the place is clean and the staff helpful, and one notes Stephanie was accommodating. The layout draws more mixed comments. A few drivers mention tight turns on the right side and buildings set close together, so backing a trailer may need a spotter. One reviewer caught a car on a concrete drain sticking out of the ground between units. Payment is a common gripe. The office is not always staffed, and one customer describes calling and waiting about 15 minutes for someone to arrive, with units locked on the 3rd if you fall behind. Another warns that the unit they were shown did not match what they expected. Hours are posted, so check them before you drive over.
