About Nacogdoches RV Park

A small RV park in Nacogdoches that reviewers describe as quiet and shaded. Several mention the monthly rent is reasonable and the location works well. More than one reviewer says they lived here for a stretch or plan to come back. The office is not on site, so paying rent means calling ahead and driving to another spot. Reviewers say weekend problems wait until Monday after 9am. The bathrooms and showers draw complaints: no hot water and dirty, per one reviewer, and another said they were unusable. Internet setup confused at least one guest, who got conflicting instructions about a modem and a WiFi password that did not work, and was told to rent equipment. Others describe friction with the landlord over stored belongings and complaints from neighbors. Ratings sit at 3.5 from 24 reviews, so read a few before you commit.

“Nice place to live/stay, rent is reasonable, spots are shaded, and a great location. Two Cons: the office is not onsite and if you have any issues over the weekend it has to wait until Monday after 9am.” – Sydney W., 6 years ago, on Google
“This is a nice quiet place to stay. The office is not at the RV park, so you have to call and make sure they are at the office to go pay down the road. As far as I know the showers and washing is not usable.” – DM H., 7 years ago, on Google
